I hate having to go there but I am grateful that they're always available when our puppy has needed to go.
I'm a vet tech and this was the first time I wasn't able to care for my own pets. They took such good care of my Lily. They called me and updated me frequently. The techs and doctors gave her love and such great care. I've had to go a couple times for emergency and have always been treated with compassion.
Our dog had a late-night episode we thought could be a seizure. Techs and doc were all very attentive and caring, and we only paid about $120 for visit, exam, and meds. Would definitely rely on them again.
Our dog has been there twice due to being bitten by another dog. The care received at Mass-RI was outstanding and the price reasonable. We will definitely be returning for future ER needs.
I have a 3 year old male kitty that recently experienced a blockage. MassRI was the closest 24hr clinic to my location, so I brought him here for evaluation and recovery. Overall this place was one of the nicest vet experiences I've had (I've only ever owned cats). The staff is very knowledgeable and professional. Truly they saved his life. He's back to playing fetch about a week after the operation. Be prepared to bring $$$, as the services are not cheap, but certainly under the right circumstances they are effective and worth it.
