Chris was awesome handled our issues perfect

Terrible!!! got my updated phone from this store thinking that they were treating me right and I was wrong!!! They told me with my new phone I am able to get 2 FREE accessories, they told me I could get a new phone case and new glass screen. I told them I would rather not get a case because I wanted to get one on my own, so the sales person told me I could get a Bluetooth speaker instead free of charge. Wow what an awesome deal! Come to find out they are charging me an extra $25 per month for this speaker and the screen protector. Never would I of paid over $170 for a Bluetooth speaker when I already have one. Called the Manager and he said there was nothing he could do... Watch out for those FREE promotions because you will pay.... I am now going to Verizon.

Too many new faces too many problems at purchase time and follow up six months to two years after there's always something to keep calling about the fees., the agreements, their promotions, The sales Reps. SUCH a rapid overturning ...in sales store managers as well. They suck joy out of one to buy something new..

Not THE Company!!!!

I have had sprint for over a year now and just recently i switched over to AT&T. Sprint has doubled charged me on auto pay even when i cancelled auto pay i still got overcharged. I made a payment arrangement and my phone ended up getting shut off. I bought a otterbox case and tempered glass screen protector for my samsung galaxy s8 and just recently i had knee surgery so i was trying to get out of the car and my phone fell and shattered the screen, i went into sprint and was basically told to my face it was my fault i wasnt being more careful. I take pride in caring for my phone and making sure they dont break so this was not intended and my phone should not have broke the way it did. The rep at the store told me i should of bought a more protective case from them wheich my case and screen protector was from them. If they want people to get the best quality out of their products and accessories then they shouldnt sell products that will break your phone easily. The online chat makes me feel like i am talking to a robot where with my new carrier i feel like im actually talking to a person and they are extremely helpful and make sure they answer all of your questions. Sprint has been nothing but a rip off and im glad im no longer a customer of sprint.

6 people in line and one sales person working . It took about 45mins to finally be helped, only to be told the item I wanted to purchase wasn't out yet and I can't order it through sprint (Apple Watch) even though it's been out for weeks. The staff is rude, unhelpful, and show zero care to your time.
