Terrible customer service. They are nice when you want to buy something, but terrible when you want to return something. They sold us a case that was for an older version of the phone, which ended up breaking 2 glass screen protectors we purchased from Amazon. Then when we tried to return the case, they said no because it was 15 days since we purchased it and their policy is 14 days. Awful. It's called good will. If you treat a customer fairly, they will come back and give you more business. If you don't you will lose at least 10 potential customers from the bad rep. Good job!
