The service here is outstanding... I mean, really outstanding. The staff is well-trained, polite, and efficient. The waiting area is also exceptional... Comfortable seating with movable armrest for a laptop. If you're trying to work quietly and do not want the television as a distraction, they have a quiet room available with separate cubicles. My one recommendation would be if you're looking for a cup of coffee to enjoy while you wait, best to bring your own. They have a high-tech coffee machine there, but with all the options available on the machine, the coffee is pretty horrible. The snack bar includes granola bars,apples, crackers, and cookies... Which is more than I've seen at other dealerships. Even though the place is pretty busy, I've never had to wait more than an hour to have any work done.

I found my experience at Bristol Toyota to be very rewarding. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The dealership has a beautiful New building with all of the latest gadgets. I had a good visit and would recommend to all friends and Family to try and Buy from Bristol Toyota for all their automobile needs.

I had an awful experience today at this dealership. By far it is the most dishonest dealer I have dealt with. They have advertised a pre-owned/certified vehicle for multiple weeks. It was a concern that the car did not show up on the Toyota certified inventory list but; I called the dealer and I was reassured that the car is indeed a Toyota certified vehicle. The salesman also reassured me that the car was free of dents and had new breaks.

When I got there there were few things off with the car that bothered me. Car had dents and scratches, It appeared to have new breakpads? but the rotors were in bad shape. Also, the car wouldn’t start. The car didn’t look worthy of Toyota’s certification so I confirmed with the salesman that the car is certified by Toyota and I was told yes. The sticker on the windshield also indicated it was Toyota certified vehicle. I took the check out of my pocket and said let’s get the paperwork completed so I can head back home, while getting ready to get paperwork completed a manager showed up to tell me that if I was thinking the car is certified, it actually wasn’t. I mentioned the add, the sticker, and the salesman. He denied the add and sticker, and said the previous salesman made a mistake. I took my phone to show him his own add. I walked out of the dealership and was followed by a few managers. I was told they will certify the car for me, but the price will have to change.

Since the dealership was about 80 miles from my house, I called the dealership one last time before I made the trip, we agreed on a price, and I went to the dealership with a certified check.

This is when I felt the place is very shady. My dealings were with Jeff, Christopher and John. I opted not list their last names here, but will to offer to Toyota or any other official entity.

Easiest truck buying experience I have ever had. No pressure sale with very minimal negotiating. From start to finish I probably spent two and a half hours at the dealership. Sharon was amazing to work with through the entire process. She found me the truck I wanted at the price point that no other dealership could touch. Highly recommend Sharon and this dealership!

Beware of this dealership, very shady. I purchased a certified vehicle from them in June. They tried to sell me an extended warranty for an extra $1500.00. I opted out. The day I went to pick up the vehicle I was handed a sealed envelope with my purchase agreement in it by Jim that said “put this in your glove box”. When I got home I opened the envelope to find that I was charged the $1500.00 anyway. So I went back to the dealership to get a refund. The liar (Jim) that handled the purchase agreement lied again and told me he was going to give me an extra year bumper to bumper because of his guilt. Today I am at a different Toyota dealer and guess what...that was a lie also! Please look closely at your paperwork. Ladies and elderly beware!!

Nice try Bristol Toyota, shame on you.
