Even the Detailer was courteous, and stopped working to ask if I was being helped.
Prices advertised do not reflect $1000 cash/trade. Salesman was not knowledgeable, or even diligent about having the right information as it was directly in front of him when asked.
I regret to give a 2/5 review. The owner would be much better off with an honest salesman. Some of their cars would sell themselves, if not for the sales tactics.
My advice, if you chose to shop here, is to deal directly with Doug, and bring the vehicle for an inspection as with any car from any dealer.
We purchased an older car for my wife which had an issue. Brad stood by the vehicle he sold us and made sure all items were resolved. I did not have to demand anything, Brad is one of few honest car dealers. I am sure his brother Doug just as honorable.
Don’t ever come here to buy a used car. I was interested in one of their cars and had called the day before to make sure it was available. The salesman told me it was still available and that no one was looking at it, and that they would be open on Sunday from 12-4. First of all The salesman was pretty rude on the phone. And after that fact I ended up going down there around 1pm on a Sunday and the car was NO WHERE to be found and NO ONE was even there!!! Wasted time and gas going there just to be completely disappointed.
do not waste your time. they sell cars that were in accidents and have a lot of problems. the main guy is pushy and obnoxious. my word of advice before you buy a car anywhere, take it to a mechanic you trust.. thats what we did and they told us it was in an accident, though it has low mileage.. it will be a head ache. take your hard earned money elsewhere!!!!!
The owner behaved very kindly, with humility and decency. If I had dealt directly with the owner, I would likely have been driving the car around for awhile now. I'd like to thank Doug for that.
