Unfortunately I’ve been waiting for 2 months for someone to call me and follow up with my claim! I’ve called the office 3 times since then and keep getting the run around! I’ve been patiently waiting and STILL have not heard anything back! This company has no sense of urgency and clearly no experience dealing with unresolved issues! I invested a lot of money and time into their product/service to not be acknowledged!!
“Quality & Experience at QM Spa”, unfortunately the company has no such thing!
I did Cool Sculpting at QM Spa in Swansea in June 2017 and was guaranteed that the procedure would work. I went back at the end of September 2017 for a follow up and the staff witnessed that it had not worked. In fact, the procedure did just the opposite and had a reverse effect on me. I was told that the issue would be escalated and would somehow be accommodated under these circumstances.
The staff is exceptional. I love this place. Everyone is always excited to see results and to make us that more pretty.
