The Swansea animal control was called last Friday after there were witnesses to a neighbor throwing his dog across the front yard by his collar and shoving him down the front porch stairs. MSPCA was also contacted. AFter speaking with people involved its' been admitted that there was mistreatment and that animal control went out to the home but because the abuser stated he was in anger mgmt the case was closed. This is unacceptable!
Had an appointment tom to look at two kittens and they have been given to a home already...
Called them and waited an hour for them to come and they didn't come an did fm even answer the other ten times I called
