Fun, elegant little shop to look thru while waiting for a table. Lunch was fresh and delicious, and dessert was worth every calorie!
Been a customer here for the last 10 years and today I was disappointed the young lady that was at the Alex and Ani area was very unhelpful I asked questions she did not know how to answer them I asked her for three different items and she couldn't give me an answer to it was not very pleasant was not customer service just really really disappointed in this place usually the people are friendly they have a smile on the face and they ask if they can help you with anything instead I got no answers to my questions and also was very rude because she was also talking to another employee while handling my customer service or should I say she should be handling my customer service. Don't think I'll be back for awhile. Walked away from here disappointed and the young lady did not care to help me and could care less if I left empty handed.
Great place for a small get together with a dear friend. Then a little shopping. Food menu is very light. Quiche, desserts, coffee, tea or hot cider.

Great place to find gifts for women who like brand name sparkly things in your life, but I do wish that the selection of things was more varied, there is a lot of the same kind of gift over and over, and not a lot of variety. Aesthetically, this store is all for the same kind of woman, and you can get most of the same things at the Paper Store, which is disappointing. I shop local, so I don't go to the Paper Store instead, but diversifying would definitely help with the competition there.
