I absolutely love this gym!!! The owners are on site daily to offer their expert advice on training and nutrition. They keep staying in shape fun by offering new classes and events often. The clientele are all extremely supportive of one another. Which isn't typical of many other gyms I've seen. They have spent many hours renovating the space and I can honestly say just walking through the door makes me smile! This will be my gym for life and I couldn't be more happy about working out here. I'd give more stars if I could!
