Bought a box spring/mattress today from a saleswoman named Connie. She was outstanding but.....as soon as we walked in, we were confronted by a saleswoman who came up in our faces/blocked our path and asked if we needed any help. We told her we were all set, just browsing. She FOLLOWED us through out the WHOLE store! Every floor/turn/corner there she was. Made us feel aggravated/uncomfortable until we got to the bedding dept. Was almost like there was a line she couldn't or wouldn't cross, a "safe zone" for customers. Thank god for Connie. She's the only reason I'm giving 3 stars!
Great sales people! However not sure on the actually quality of product. I bought my table at Jordan's and haven't had any issues. Bought my bed at Bob's and even though I had an issue the warranty covered it. My sofa from Cardis has had an issue since day one. I'd stare clear of the recliners. Cardis is working me on a resolution so I will update if they can fix it! If you are looking at recliners really do your research.
Bought a sectional sofa and the customer service from the day we purchased it to the day of delivery was amazing. Customer service called me 20 minutes after the delivery just to check that everything was ok. I had noticed a small tear in back and they sent someone 2 days later to fix it. This was my 1st Cardi's experience and now I will not go to anyone else.
Advertised prices have tons of restrictions and it feels like they try to nickle and dime you everywhere they can. Warranty is good but when furniture is defective and you have to pick a replacement they treat you poorly. Will not purchase from them again.
Cardi's stands behind their products. Their service under their service contract has been outstanding and I recommend getting a service contract with your purchase.
