This practice was good many years ago. I have been a patient for over 20 years and now you can never ever get an appointment. Overbooked constantly. I now have to pay out of pocket at minute clinic just to get a 5 minute vaccination. Too much a business. Patient care secondary.
Without putting email notifications out to patients, leaving people hanging. Completely unprofessional and unnecessary.
Closed completely the day ( Friday) before Veterans day plus the next day ( Saturday)
Terrible office you can't even get your records from these people when you need them and all they say is I'm sorry. I have to agree with other posts patient care is secondary.
Staff is completely rude
I love my personal doctor (when I get to see him which is rare). The receptionists are super rude and don't expect to get an appointment at any time. Got a call they cancelled my annual exam and I was told "and you need to call us back fast as the doctors don't have time until NEXT YEAR!!!!!!" So THEY cancelled my appointment but their reaction "too bad so sad screw you" type. Do NOT go there. I wish my MD was not affiliated with them. Oh and if you're the last patient of the day and your appointment is done you better get to the front door soon as they lock it 5 min before closing. If you need to call better get it done in the am and have time to wait on hold. Don't call 15 min before closing as they're already over onto answering service.
