This has got to be the worst "mechanic" I've ever been to. First they had me waiting six hours to do my brake calipers for $900, then I leave start driving and my lug nuts were left LOSE by them.. very life threatening to say the least. Went back (my mistake) had them tighten my lug nuts and get an oil change, and NOW the next day my rear end is making a loud grinding noise that wasn't their before I saw them a second time.. manager Manny has an attitude, very rude and his employees seem to have no idea what they're doing. I do NOT recommend Swansea Firestone. They take a long time, in-experienced, rude &you'll leave with more problems then you went in with.
2 hours and 20 min for just an oil change!! Over priced and was given the run around, called ahead to make sure they weren't busy around 2 pm the man I spoke with me told me to come in around 4. Dropped my car off and seen my car just hanging on the lift with no one touching it for hours. I came back to the shop at 6 when they were supposed to close and it still wasn't done. Definitely don't recommend them, they clearly are just out for the money and not good service!!!

Installed 3/4 tires backwards. Had to go back in for them to fix. The gave me a partial refund. Not the worst experience, but probably won't go back.
Turns out they didn't even replace the oil filter that was previously on the car. Absolute joke of a shop. Steer clear.
Made an appointment, still had to wait over an hour for my car to get an oil change and tire rotation. Took then another hour to do just that. Cost twice as much as most other places for even basic oil.
